The Journey Builder allows government workers to create efficient workflows with reduced manual effort but higher security and regulations compliance.
Departments and public bodies will have the autonomy to create journeys for users of their online services, without needing to rely on developers. It facilitates seamless interaction with the public, and is where various Building Blocks join up, guiding the user from the start to the end of the service they need.
