Head of Legal Services

Reporting to the Director of the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) and responsible for leading the Legal Services Division of the ISI. Responsibilities include:

• providing legal advice and guidance to the various divisions of the ISI tasked with carrying out the statutory functions of the ISI
• overseeing the day-to-day management of the division
• contributing to dialogue with the Department of Justice, other government departments, representative bodies and interested organisations on insolvency matters
• participation on the Senior Management Team that comprises the Director of the ISI and the heads of each of the divisions of the ISI
