Head of Regulation, Policy and Corporate Affairs Division

Reporting to the Director of the Insolvency Service at Principal Officer level and responsible for leading the Policy and Regulation team and the Corporate Affairs team.

Responsibilities include:

• ensuring the ISI fairly and effectively carries out its statutory function to authorise, supervise and regulate Personal Insolvency Practitioners and Approved Intermediaries
• ensuring the ISI carries out its statutory function to contribute to the development of policy in the area of personal insolvency
• ensuring the ISI fulfils its statutory obligations as a publicly funded body
• overseeing delivery of an effective external communications strategy
• collectively managing the strategic operation and development of the ISI with colleagues as part of the Senior Management Team
