While residing in centres, residents are subject to House rules intended to ensure the safety of all residents. Centres managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules. These are set out in the booklet below.
It covers:
- The services that your centre provides
- Fire safety; and
- How to make a complaint so that issues can be dealt with fairly and quickly
