The proposed development comprises:
1. Construction of a 2-bay Fire Station with ancillary accommodation
2. Formation of a Drill Yard & drill Tower
3. All ancillary works associated with the above, to include:
i. Fencing
ii. Landscaping
iii. Car parking & aprons
iv. Attenuation lagoon
v. Storm outfalls
vi. Service connections
vii. Street Lighting
viii. Road markings and signage on the N16 National Primary Road
ix. New site access from the N16 National Primary Road and from a local access road
