Pursuant to Section 11D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, Leitrim County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to extend the duration of the existing Leitrim County Development Plan 2015‐2021 (as varied) up to 31 March 2023.
The extension of duration of the existing Leitrim County Development Plan 2015‐2021 (as varied) is necessary in order to provide for a further period of time of up to 9 months to prepare and make a new County Development Plan for the functional area of Leitrim County Council for the period 2023‐2029.
