(a) Demolition of existing two storey building; (b) Construction of a two storey structure to provide for 4 no. 1 bed apartment units overall comprising of 2 no. 1 bed apartment units at the ground floor and 2 no. 1 bed apartment units at the first floor; and (c) Connections to existing public watermain, sewer and surface water drainage services and all ancillary and associated site development works. The proposed development is located within the Manorhamilton Architectural Conservation Area.
