National Waste Collection Permits
Waste collection permit applications and applications for review of waste collection permits are processed by the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO).
A waste collection permit is required by all those who collect waste for hire or reward.
Enforcement of waste collection permit conditions is a matter for the relevant Local Authority in whose administrative area the Waste Collector is headquartered.
