Summary
The construction and upgrade of tarmacadam path, fencing and provision of street lighting to accommodate both pedestrians and cyclists which would connect the village of Keenagh with Mosstown Harbour and Royal Canal, running alongside the L-1136-0 Local Road through the townlands of Keenagh, Masstown (Rathcline By) and Island.
