The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly T.D., following a Public Appointments Service campaign, has appointed Ms Michelle O’Sullivan to the Board of the Health Service Executive with effect from 21st July 2022 to the 27th June 2024.
Michelle O’Sullivan has over 21 years HR experience working in a multinational investment bank. She has a proven track record in all aspects of human resources management including strategy development, internal consultancy, change management, organisation design, performance management, policy development and merger & acquisitions.
She has led multi-cultural teams delivering global HR strategy & ensuring fit for purpose across multiple countries. Michelle has great commercial acumen & is passionate about ensuring the alignment of HR & business strategies to deliver on business objectives.
In 2019 she resigned from her corporate role & set up MOS Consulting. She is a qualified & accredited coach/mentor by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level. MOS Consulting also offers HR consulting services.
In 2020 Michelle was appointed to the Board of the National Concert Hall & is currently the chair of the strategic HR committee.
