CEF Digital Implementation Workshop
At eInvoicing Ireland we share eInvoicing information directly with public bodies, the service provider community and suppliers by presenting and providing information at various events. Please see below the details of events attended and presentations delivered by eInvoicing Ireland complete with links to the presentations.
eInvoicing Ireland and CEF Digital Implementation Workshop took place on Wednesday 20 March 2019 and covered the following topics
- OGP’s eInvoicing Framework details and confirmation of its availability from Monday 25 March 2019
- the European Directive 2014/55/EU on eInvoicing in public procurement
- the European Standard EN-16931 (Norm)
- the national approach to eInvoicing
- guest speakers from the European Commission, the Netherlands and Sweden
- early adopters of eInvoicing in Ireland from the Education sectors

The Education Shared Business Services (ESBS) have shared their experience of eInvoicing at the past two eInvoicing Ireland events, the ESBS with their partners in IT Sligo have created an online eInvoicing educational tool.
