The National Public Procurement Policy Unit is responsible for shaping and delivering Ireland’s commitment to national and EU public procurement priorities, namely a future for public procurement that is transparent and socially, environmentally and economically sustainable. Resources
This section includes resources for public procurement practitioners in Ireland.
The templates, which are designed for above EU threshold tenders, are to be used by Contracting Authorities (Government Departments and State Bodies) for low to medium risk goods and services.
The Office of Government Procurement regularly publishes information notes as part of Strand 5 of the National Public Procurement Framework.
