This framework agreement offers civil engineering works services, including road making for national, regional and non-public roads.

The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) has established this framework agreement offering civil engineering works services, including road making for national, regional and non-public roads and civil works Project Supervisor Construction Stage appointment.

This DPS is divided into 4 lots.

Lot 1 - Road Making and Associated Ancillary Works with PSCS appointment for Contracts greater than €200K. For Road Making works associated with National, Regional, Local or Non-Public Roads.

Lot 2 - Road Making and Associated Ancillary Works with PSCS appointment for Contracts less than €200K. For Road Making works associated with National, Regional, Local or Non-Public Roads.

Lot 3 - Road Making and Associated Ancillary Works without PSCS appointment for Contracts less than €200K. For Road Making works associated with National, Regional, Local or Non-Public Roads.

Lot 4 - Civil Works with PSCS Appointment. For Non-Road Making works and not for Road Making works associated with National, Regional, Local or Non-Public Roads.
