Customised Envelopes

This framework agreement supplies customised and bespoke envelopes to the public sector.

• Customised envelopes are envelopes with the Government Harp or Logo. They may also include a Postage Page Impression (PPI) and/or return address
• Bespoke envelopes are non-standard sized envelopes

Clients may also request the following options for customised and bespoke envelopes:

• any size, weight, colour or specific material;
• any closure, i.e., gummed, self-seal, peel and seal;
• special size window or multi-windows; and / or;
• opaquing.

The Framework Member may be required to put in place a mechanism for the collection of packaging materials (including transportation pallets). Customised Envelopes supplied under this Framework should aim to reduce their environmental impact and must comply with all relevant environmental paper standards and best practice for relevant paper products.

Valid from: Tue 05 Mar 2024

Expiry: Sat 04 Mar 2028

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

You can access these goods via direct drawdown. Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown.

Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.

Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.

The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
