This framework agreement offers servicing and maintenance of cars and light commercial vehicles for the public sector.
Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
The provision of a managed high-quality servicing, mechanical repair and maintenance of Irish Public Sector fleet vehicles including cars and Commercial Vehicles, with a requirement for multiple servicing locations nationwide in order to accommodate various Framework Clients.

Green benefits of this framework agreement
Green considerations at 'Specification Stage', i.e. conforming to EU standards, the use of Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel Fuel, and Low Sulphur Content Gas,Oil Fuel for Agri/Industrial engines.
Who can use this framework agreement
All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.
Contract Dates
Valid from: 02 September 2024
Expiry: 01 September 2026
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Any Framework Client that has a requirement for the maintenance and servicing of cars and LCVs may access the services through Direct Draw Down from Hyundai Cars Ireland Unlimited.
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown.
Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.
Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.
The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
