How to use this framework agreement
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition. However, in some instances, direct award may be used (Lot 1A only) .
For Contracts for the translation of standard text where the total estimated value of the contract is less than €100,000 (1A only), Clients must complete the Notification to Activate Services Form (‘NASF’) process in conjunction with OGP support and the OGP Sourcing Managed Services team. There is no need for a mini competition. The OGP will simply allocate the contract to the next supplier in line on the Framework rotation List. The Contract is activated by the completion the NASF. This is the easiest way to access the Framework and should suit most Clients.
For more complex requirements (1, 2 and 3 above), Clients must either (i) provide a PSR (Procurement Support Request) to OGP Support. Then the OGP Sourcing Managed Services Team will run a mini competition in partnership with the Client OR (ii) they may Self-Serve without the assistance of the OGP. Self-Serve information is available from OGP Support.

For further information on which method is appropriate to your needs, please see the User Guide which is available on the Buyer Zone.
