This framework agreement offers a range of wired and wireless network products and solutions, including: The Framework has 3 different Lots covering the following:
- Lot 1 - Network Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services
- Lot 2 - Firewall Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services
- Lot 3 - Network & Firewall Products, Solutions, Ancillary Equipment and Associated Services

Green or social considerations
Green/sustainability criteria were included at Framework Stage as Mandatory Requirements. All Network and Firewall equipment provided under this Framework will be compliant with the RoHS Directive and will display the relevant CE mark.
The Framework Member, or the OEM, are compliant with European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations. All Network and Firewall equipment provided under this Framework will be compliant with the criteria for inclusion on the SEAI Triple E Register, where applicable. Provision has also been made for the further inclusion of sustainability considerations, such as power consumption and environmentally friendly disposal, as an Award Criterion at Mini Competition stage.

Contract Dates
Valid from: 15 Mar 2025
Expiry: 13 Mar 2027
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition. Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition.
Process Steps:
1. Verify the value of the requirement and select appropriate Framework Lot.
2. Define requirements and specifications. Identify the Evaluation Award Criteria. Complete the SRFT Documentation
3. Return completed SRFT Documentation to the OGP.
4. Provide responses to any clarification queries received.
5. Conduct an evaluation process. Complete evaluation report. Approve and issue outcome letters.
6. Conclude contract with successful tenderer. Provide Contract Award Notice for publication.
