Goods and services that this framework agreement offers

Health Promotion Screening (Lots 1-3 and Lot 8)

  • Health Promotion Screening Services which primarily focuses on a system of basic ongoing health checks
  • Health and Wellbeing Presentations
  • Health Promotion Screening Occupational Health Advice Services

Employment Related (Lots 4 - 7)

  • Occupational Health Employment Related Pre-Employment Health Assessments
  • Sickness Absence Medical Assessments
  • Health Surveillance and Special Tests
  • Workplace/Work-Related Immunisations
  • Employment Related Occupational Health Advice Services

Green or Social considerations

No Green & Social Considerations for the DPS itself. However under the DPS there have been AMC contracts awarded for the supply of Battery Electric Vans with zero tailpipe emissions (Small Electric Van & Medium Electric Van) With regard to AMCs for Diesel-engine vehicles environmental considerations are taken into account in the product specifications and its award criteria. For example our AMCs for diesel vans and minibuses:

Specifies that the vehicle must comply to the most up-to-date EU emissions standards

Specifies that the vehicle must comply to the most up-to-date EU emissions standards

Inclusion of features such as Gear Shift Indicators - aimed at improving fuel consumption and lowering emissions levels


Who can use this framework agreement

All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.


Contracts Dates

Valid from: Wed 01 Sep 2021

Expiry: Sat 30 Aug 2025

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.


How to use this framework agreement

Employment Related (Lots 4 - 7)

  • Direct Drawdown Single Supplier Lot 4

Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.

Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.

The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.

  • Direct Drawdown Cascade Lot 5 – 7

On each occasion that you propose to draw down services you must complete a Services Request From and submit it to support@ogp.gov.ie. This will be sent to the appropriate Framework Member where they will respond to the OGP with a completed Framework Member Response Form. If the Framework Member does not have capacity, then it will be sent on to Framework Member ranked 2, 3, etc. until it is determined that the Framework Member has confirmed capacity to deliver the services.
