This framework agreement provides a range of Travel Management and Ancillary Services - Single Supplier Multiple Lot Framework Agreement
Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
Travel solutions, delivered both online and offline for domestic and international travel, including accommodation and ancillary services.
The Services predominantly relate to business travel; however, on occasion Framework Clients may have a requirement for travel solutions for employees in overseas postings. Travel solutions for such employees’ families (including minors), subject to the Framework Client’s travel policy, may be requested.
Travel solutions where specific bond and licencing requirements necessitate a private entity to enter into a contract with the travel management company, for example, school tours, are out of the scope of this Framework.

Green or social considerations
Minimum requirement that carbon emissions for flights are included in MI reports.
Who can use this framework agreement
All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide. The Contracting Authority is also a Framework Client.
Note: if there are only specific groups who can use this framework agreement (e.g. Local Authorities), replace the sentence above with that information
Contract Dates
Valid From: Aug. 1 2022
Expiry:Aug. 1, 2025
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted by sending the relevant Lot provider a signed Notification to Activate Services Form. The forms may be downloaded from OGP Buyer Zone:
Lot 1 Notification to Activate Services Form.doc. (Club Travel Limited)
Lot 2 Notification to Activate Services Form.doc. (World Travel Centre Ltd. t/a Selective Travel Management)
Please select the appropriate Notification to Activate Services Form based on your organisations service needs.
Lot 1.The signed Notification to Activate Services Form for accessing Lot 1 Management fee should be forwarded to Ms. Sheila McCarthy, Executive Account Director, Club Travel Limited, 30 Lower Abbey Street, Dublin 1, or a scanned copy can be sent by email to smccarthy@clubtravel.ie
Lot 2.The signed Notification to Activate Services Form for accessing Lot 2 Transaction fee should be forwarded to Mr. Keith Graham, MD, TMC division World Travel Centre Ltd. t/a Selective Travel Management,43 Pearse Street Dublin 2, D02 W085 or a scanned copy can be sent by email to keith@selective-travel.com
