Grant recipients – advertising requirements

It should be noted that Grant Recipients in receipt of public funding should check the requirements of the respective funding body, and where compliance with public procurement procedures are required, they should follow the following rules.

The funding body may require additional conditions to be met for the grant funding, and this is a matter for the funding body to inform the applicant of same.

The publication requirements for the Contract Notice are determined by the value of the project in relation to National Procurement thresholds (below EU Thresholds) and EU thresholds above which advertising of contracts in the Official Journal of the EU is obligatory (all exclusive of VAT).
