OPW Biodiversity Initiatives

The Office of Public Works operates at many levels to conserve Ireland’s biodiversity, from devising national strategies, setting good practice standards, conducting public outreach and educational programmes, engagement with NGOs, through to a whole range of applied biodiversity enhancement initiatives intertwined with services nationally. The OPW will continue to collaborate with key partners to deliver on Ireland’s National Biodiversity Action Plan (NBAP).
