The Public Appointments Service / Employing Department will advise you of the pre-employment medical requirements for the post.
Please take care in choosing the appropriate form(s):
Please note the CMOs Office has discontinued providing HSE Consultant Pre-Employment Medicals from Friday 21st June 2024.
Any additional documents specific to the post (for example, audiogram, vision test) should be emailed to medicalreports@cmo.gov.ie. Please note that this email is only for the submission of documents.
If email submission is not possible, they can be posted to:
