Responsible at Principal Officer level for the interpretation of Irish VAT legislation in line with the EU VAT Directive and CJEU case law and playing a significant role in relation to VAT appeal cases, with precedential value and importance to Revenue, at the Tax Appeals Commission (TAC), the Irish Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
