• Contracting authorities which are Third Level Educational Institutions (including Universities, Technological Universities, Institutes of Technology and members of the Education Procurement Service)
• Contracting authorities which are Education and Training Boards (ETBs) Schools & Centre

Online learning facilitates students being able to learn from home reducing the need for using transport.
