Corporate Services Division provides support to the main functional areas of OPW, including:
It includes responsibility for Policy Unit, Equality Unit, Internal Facilities Management and all other services necessary for the day to day operation of the Office.
The Communications Office leads the development of strategic communications plans and campaigns and seeks to embed communications activities across all sections of the OPW to ensure collateral is gathered and the work of the OPW is recognised by key stakeholders and the public. It oversees the internal communications, brand management and corporate communication needs of the OPW. It undertakes media analysis and reviews social media reports.
The OPW Press Office works on all aspects of media engagement for the organisation, in order to inform and engage the public about the work being undertaken by the OPW and its stakeholders. They assist in organising the media element of launch events, help plan media outreach for projects in advance of completion and act as promoters and publicists for the OPW at all available opportunities. The Press Office book photographers, videographers and hold press conferences, they issue press releases, create social media content and share content across multiple platforms.
