The Office of Public Works (OPW) holds personal data about employees, clients, suppliers and other individuals for a variety of business purposes.
The OPW is committed to protecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects and to safely and securely processing their data in accordance with all of our legal obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.
