Andrew (APO) has almost 25 years’ experience working with the Irish Prison Service. He has previously held the position of Victim Liaison Officer and has extensive experience in Prisoner Sentence Management, engaging with prisoners and guiding them towards engagement with relevant prison based services in order that they focus on their self-development which may reduce the likelihood of their re-offending.
He has more recently been the Irish Prison Service lead on a number of joint agency initiatives including the Community Return Scheme and Community Support Scheme. Andrew holds a BA in Politics and Economics and Higher Diploma in Public Administration (Criminal Justice).
