His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Belaoura, the Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, His Excellency Mr. Vincent Guérend, Ambassador of France, and Her Excellency Mrs. Sandra Moira Wilkinson, Ambassador of the Argentine Republic presented their Letters of Credence to the President at Áras an Uachtaráin today.
The ceremonies were conducted in full compliance with COVID-19 public health guidelines, including physical distance requirements.
Mr. Thomas Byrne TD, Minister of State Department of the Taoiseach and the Department of Foreign Affairs with responsibility for EU Affairs, represented the government at the ceremonies.
The following were also present: Mr. Art O’Leary, Secretary General to the President; and Mr. Niall Burgess, Secretary General, Department of Foreign Affairs.
