Effective corporate governance is central to the External Oversight Body’s successfully delivering its statutory obligations with integrity. This Corporate Governance framework describes the structures, policies and processes that are in place in the Body to deliver on these obligations and it provides for an objective assessment of management and corporate performance.

The Third Report of the External Oversight Body on a Non-Statutory basis has been published under the ‘Publications’ section of this website and can also be found under ‘Archived: Publications’.
This Report covers the period from 01 April 2024 to 30 November 2024. The period covered by this Report was extended by 2 months in order to bring it up to the establishment date (01 December 2024) of the new Statutory Body, established on foot of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2024.
