The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 Regulations require organisations with more than 250 employees to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across the range of metrics. This report details the gender pay gap for the Department of Transport for 2022, as of the snapshot date 24 June 2022.
The report also sets out the measures, some already underway, to assess and address the gender pay gap and promote gender equality across the department.
