The Final Report of the Commission is in online format so as to make it available to the widest possible audience.
A shorter version of the report is also available which includes the Introduction, Timeline, Executive Summary, Recommendations and Confidential Committee Report. Please call 01-6473200 from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, or email motherandbabyhomes@equality.gov.ie to request a copy the report, and indicate the version you require.
In order for a copy to be sent to you, you will need to provide the department with your full postal address.
Your consent for your name and contact details to be passed on to third party suppliers involved in arrangements for printing and delivery, in compliance with GDPR is also required.
There is no charge for a copy of the report.
The department is working to make printed copies of the report available in publicly accessible locations such as libraries and Citizens Information Centres, when the public health situation permits.
