With a large proportion of people having worked from home, the workplace has changed from what it was pre-pandemic.
You might be planning to keep your staff working remotely or considering how to manage working between the home and hubs. This might be on a full-time or hybrid basis.

The government has also developed guidance around remote working including a Code of Practice on the Right to Disconnect for workers. The Code is designed to support employers and employees in navigating an increasingly digital and changed working landscape, while complementing the existing protections in employment legislation.
From 24 January 2022, the requirement to work from home unless it is necessary to attend the workplace in person ended.
This means a phased return to physical attendance in workplaces can commence. This phased return should proceed dependent on the circumstances of individual workplaces, informed by consultations with workers, and as appropriate to each sector.
