The Public Service Stability Agreement (PSSA) runs from 2018 to 2020 and has a cost of €877 million. The benefits to different income groups range from 7.4% to 6.2% over three years, and up to 10% for new entrant members of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme . At the end of the agreement, the FEMPI Act pay reductions will be reversed for all public servants earning up to €70,000, which equates to almost 90% of public servants.
