Submissions and Papers submitted to the Expert Group to Review the Law of Torts and the Management of Clinical Negligence Claims

Following the establishment of the Expert Group to review the law of torts and the current systems for the management of clinical negligence claims, Judge Meenan wrote directly to a number of bodies seeking submissions.

In addition, an advertisement was placed in National Newspapers, in July 2018, seeking submissions.

The Expert Group also heard from a number of medical experts and had the benefit of a number of papers prepared by members of the Expert Group and other professionals.
