Housing for All is a whole-of-Government Plan, encompassing numerous policy areas across the four pathways to a sustainable housing system. It will require a deep level of collaboration across Government with a strong focus on implementation.
The implementation process for the Housing for All Plan includes a Delivery Group of Secretaries General, chaired by the Department of the Taoiseach. This Secretary General Delivery Group includes dedicated workstreams, led by the relevant Secretaries General, on: Investment; Industry capability; and Public service delivery.

The Housing for All Delivery Group is responsible for delivery of all aspects of the Housing for All Plan and ensuring genuine whole-of-government engagement. The Group meets monthly and the notes of key actions agreed at each meeting are available to view here.
The Investment Workstream has a focus on monitoring the adequacy of funding available to deliver housing targets in Housing for All and encouraging investment in residential housing.

The Industry Capability Workstream has a focus on leading initiatives associated with innovation and productivity, skills and capacity, enterprise support, standards and compliance, and sectoral engagement.

The Public Service Delivery Workstream has a focus on public sector capacity to deliver Housing for All targets and streamlining public service processes in relation to housing delivery.
