Request: All records and communications between and involving Ministers, their officials and advisers, and Government Departments and civil servants (whether by email, WhatsApp message, mobile phone text, letter, correspondence, aide memoire, etc.) concerning a putative and now actual trips to mark the Government's St Patrick's Day outreach, 2019. Timetable -- From 1 December 2018 to date of this letter, January 28, 2019. The above need only concern destinations, rather than precise or planned itineraries, but should include any costings for travel and accommodation.
I am particularly interested in the St Patrick's trip to Cuba for 2019, and all records and communications involving Ministers, their officials and advisers, and Government Departments and civil servants (whether by email, WhatsApp message, mobile phone text, letter, correspondence, aide memoire, etc.). As a guide in your undertakings, I understand Minister for Disabilities Finian McGrath TD specifically requested of the Tánaiste before Christmas 2018 that he be assigned to Cuba this year. He is also travelling to Mexico in the same timeframe, and I am also interested in all particulars relating to this leg of the undertaking.
