An employer proposing a collective redundancy must notify the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment at least 30 days before the first redundancy occurs.
The notification to the Minister must contain certain information which is outlined in SI 324 of 2024.
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment has published a template form that you can use to help ensure that you provide all information required by law in the notification to the minister.
If the template form presents any accessibility challenges, then you can provide the necessary information in another written format that is more appropriate to you.
