Under the modernisation of PAYE, P45s and P60s have been replaced with an online system.
From 2019, you will not get a P60 at the end of the year. You will instead receive an Employment Detail Summary on Revenue’s myAccount service.
An Employment Detail Summary covers your pay, income tax, PRSI and Universal Social Charge (USC) that was paid to Revenue. If you choose to have the Local Property Tax deducted from your pay, this will also be recorded.
Be aware, other relevant tax liabilities that are not listed.
From 2019, you will no longer recieve a P45 upon leaving a job. Your former employer will instead record your details into Revenue’s online system, which you can access these details through Revenue’s myAccount service.
