Resolving homelessness is one of the most important challenges facing this Government. Rebuilding Ireland, the Government’s Action Plan on Housing and Homelessness, sets out a wide range of actions to tackle homelessness including measures aimed at homeless individuals who need a high level of support in order to exit homelessness.
