Project Title: ‘ADMiRE ADHD’ – A novel app to improve management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

This project will design and develop the ADMiRE ADHD app, a secure, web-based app that will translate the ADMiRE standardised clinical protocol for assessment and treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) into a digital, scalable process, and provide one system for effective assessment and treatment of young people with ADHD. It will facilitate proactive engagement for carers and health clinician, supporting treatment and monitoring their child’s health over time.
Intended outcomes:
1. Conduct Design Thinking workshops to support the design of the ADMiRE ADHD app.
2. Increased safety and prompt clinicians for all required physical measurements and perform instant automatic calculations. Enhanced data visualisations will support clinician’s identifying trends over time and will be embedded with automated red flags to alert clinicians to risks.
3. Reduced wait times by 33% through the use of the ADMiRE ADHD app will support clinicians treating 33% more children.
4. Reduced service costs and time-to-treat per case.
5. Improved service-user experience, improved outcomes, better quality of life and optimal service-user experience.
