The online web application allows you to generate a negative COVID test certificate after an RAT (antigen) test has been performed.
You will be sent the web address for the application.
You must log in using your healthmail and password to access the system.
An example certificate is shown in the image above.
Fill out the following fields:
Enter the first name, surname and date of birth for the person you are generating the negative COVID test certificate for.
You have to select the test manufacturer and name from the list provided.
Enter the name and address of the testing centre or facility.
A patient ID must be provided for each negative COVID test certificate created. This patient ID must be unique. This is the number you use internally to identify the customer.
Select the date and time the test was taken at.
Select the test result.
Note: Certificates will only generate after negative results. You cannot generate a certificate based on a positive result.
Once the form has been completed, click submit.
Having clicked submit (see the previous step), the certificate is automatically generated and the HTML file will download to your default download folder.
Navigate to this folder and click on the file to view the certificate. You can then email it to the customer.
