The Report of the Taskforce on Innovation is an important element of the government's Plan for dealing with the challenges facing the Irish economy in a changed world, Building Ireland's Smart Economy. The Report sets out some key recommendations and steps to allow Ireland to be transformed into a Global Innovation Hub.
The Secretariat to the Innovation Taskforce was provided by the Department of the Taoiseach with support from Forfás and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
Maximising the Environment for Company Research and Development - the findings of this report fed into the deliberations of the Report of the Innovation Taskforce.
