The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2015-2017 ran from 1 April 2015 until December 2017. It replaced the Local and Community Development Programme (LCDP).
The aim of SICAP 2015-2017 was to reduce poverty and promote social inclusion and equality.
SICAP 2015-2017 was funded by the government and the European Union European Social Fund Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020. In 2015, the programme also received a special allocation under the Youth Employment Initiative.
