This Action Plan reports on the progress that has been made and delivered to date.
It also identifies the actions to be pursued in order to continue to return as many recoverable vacant properties back to viable use as possible, increase the supply of housing available, whilst also revitalising the vibrancy of local communities.
The Vacant Homes Action Plan, Progress Report April 2024 highlights key measures that have been undertaken across all relevant Government departments in 2023 to support bringing properties back into use as homes. The Progress Report also sets out the actions planned for 2024.
