Are you an employer who wants to broaden your search for candidates?
EURES offer expert advice and assistance on recruiting in Europe for specialised or hard-to-fill vacancies.
Employers who have difficulty recruiting staff in Ireland or who wish to broaden their skill base can get access to jobseekers in other EU and EEA countries with help from EURES.
EURES advisers are department staff who are specialised in European recruitment and mobility matters. They are available to assist employers by offering expert advice on recruiting in Europe for specialised or hard-to-fill vacancies.
They are part of the European Network of more than 1,000 EURES Advisers, working together to satisfy recruitment needs of Employers.
Your vacancies can be advertised on the EURES Jobs Mobility Portal for the attention of jobseekers in Europe via the Jobs Ireland website or by phoning the Employment Service National Call Centre at 0818 800024 (from Northern Ireland: 00353 1 2481398).
In many instances specially tailored European recruitment projects can be established for individual employers. This means your vacancy will be advertised in one or more European Countries, CVs will be collected and screened for you and interviews can be organised in Europe on your behalf.
If required, we can organise an individual jobs fair for your company in any of the EU/EEA countries.
Contact your local EURES Adviser for more information.
EURES Ireland holds European Jobs Fairs in various regions of Ireland throughout the year. Similar fairs, including industry sector specific jobs fairs and recruitment events, are held across Europe.
Contact your local EURES Adviser if you are interested in participating in any of these events or visit EURES portal or European Job Days website for more information.
EURES CV-Search is a database of European Jobseekers who wish to work in Europe. Irish employers can search this database, view the CVs of suitable workers and get in touch with them easily by email.
