Ireland’s Transfer Pricing Rules Feedback Statement - August 2019

In February the Department of Finance carried out a public consultation on Ireland’s transfer pricing rules indicating the intended direction in respect of certain recommendations contained in the Coffey Review and seeking stakeholders valuable input to the process.
The consultation period ran until April 2nd 2019. The Department of Finance is now publishing a feedback statement to respond to the views expressed in the responses to the public consultation. The closing date for receipt of submissions in response to this document is Friday 13th September 2019.
