The role of the Corporate Operations Office is to operate and continually improve the Department’s information management, risk management, business and strategic planning as well as corporate governance frameworks; lead on the Department’s Innovation Strategy; deliver business process improvements; coordinate engagement on parliamentary affairs and freedom of information issues; and provide support to the offices of the Minister, Ministers of State and Secretary General.
