Responsibility at Principal level for managing the internal strategic and operational HR administrative functions for the Department; Developing the Department’s approach in the areas of organisation development, promoting staff learning and development throughout the organisation and implementing the Learning and Development Strategy; Coordinating and implementing relevant aspects of Our Public Service 2020 framework under the third pillar; Supporting the delivery of the Department’s obligations under the Workforce, Workplace and Organisation of the Future elements of the Civil Service Renewal 2024 Action Plan in collaboration with staff, managers and all units of the Department.
