Leads, manages and monitors the reform programme; Drives the reform process through implementation planning and direction; Establishes programme management and a monitoring/evaluation culture; Central hub for health reform; Supporting workstreams, programmes and projects, in terms of problem solving, identifying and helping manage inter-dependencies; Helping to escalate issues to get decisions where needed; Providing tools and support where helpful (for example, innovation labs, programme management tools and communication support).
