Development and maintenance of the Department’s digital platforms including MyWelfare which provides online services for customers; WelfarePartners which provides online services for business partners; and MyGovID which provides an online identity and access management service for the Department and other public services bodies.
Development and maintenance of the Department’s intranet portal and content management system called Stór, which also provides collaboration ‘sites’ and enterprise ‘apps’ for staff.
Development and maintenance of the Central Records System that supports the Department’s client identity services (PPSN allocation) and client eligibility services (PRSI contributions).
